We're seeking a qualified professional with an engineering degree and experience in a related manufacturing industry-such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical devices, or heavy machinery.

Position Overview
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a key role in optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of up to $115,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Process Design & Improvement: Refine and enhance processes for new and existing products using Lean or Six Sigma methods.
  • Equipment & Tooling: Select or design tools and machines; ensure equipment reliability in coordination with maintenance and vendors.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and uphold product quality standards; investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Workflow & Layout Optimization: Plan efficient plant layouts and streamline workflows to boost productivity and safety.
  • Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities to lower material, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Automation & Technology: Integrate advanced systems like robotics, CNC machines, and manufacturing software.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, production, quality, and suppliers to improve manufacturability and drive innovation.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure processes align with all safety and environmental regulations.
